All products available on the website are shipped free of charge.
Please note that bottle orders always require a minimum of 12 bottles, and then must be ordered in multiples of 12.
For example, you can order 12, 24, 36, 48 bottles, etc.
1. Right of Withdrawal
a) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post or email using the “Contact” form).
b) Customers who are considered Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your order.
c) To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us your statement regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal via the “Contact” form before the withdrawal period has expired.
You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, no later than 7 days after we receive the returned goods.
We will reimburse you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
