Shipping of all products on the website is free. Please note that a bottle order is always a minimum of 12 bottles and then multiples of 12 bottles. For example, you can order 12 bottles, 24, 36, 48, etc.

1. Right of withdrawal

a) To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post or e-mail using the “Contact Us” form).

b) The customer who is a Consumer shall have a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract. The consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the delivery of the order.

c) To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal using the “Contact us” form before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

2. Withdrawal and consequences

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you no later than 7 days from the date of delivery of the return to us. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
